What You'll Do

As a remote customer service representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Completing statistical access and balancing features to ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions
• Coordinating with contributors, vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions to resolve issues and facilitate smooth transactions
• Assisting various departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and associated accounting standard ledger balancing
• Working member cases/sports assigned to ensure timely and accurate resolution
• Following and maintaining guidelines and procedures to ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations and guidelines and Federal Banking laws
• Processing mortgage bills, multi-account and member deposits, credit card bills, and other exams, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff exams
• Reviewing, examining, and approving Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products
• Logging, studying, and making important GL, account changes and/or returns
• Processing Stop Pays and reputed company Batching
• Completing daily balancing and department closing
• Obtaining information from contributors for the timely and correct processing of international and domestic reputed company transfer requests
• Researching and verifying incoming and outgoing reputed company transfer information
• Communicating with vendors to facilitate reputed company transfers
• Understanding and being familiar with outgoing and incoming reputed company transfer laws
• Depositing reputed company returns, reviewing member re-exams on draft changes, processing member exams, verifying contributors for outgoing reputed company transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing reputed company transfers
• Completing daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, international collections, and legal fees

What You'll Need for Success

• A high school degree or GED
• Intermediate reputed company and Word experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work prolonged hours in support of business needs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple responsibilities, and function as an integral part of a team
