Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Providing personalized support to customers, addressing their concerns, and exceeding their expectations
• Issuing, reissuing, and refunding traveler tickets
• Booking, ticketing, and confirming flight reservations
• Rebooking reputed company on oversold flights and during irregular operations
• Performing traveler registration and reputed company seat tasks, correcting oversold seat tasks, and issuing updates
• Issuing vouchers or coordinating with vendors for traveler hotel facilities, meals, and transportation
• Coordinating refuel and revive
• Performing traveler loading, including ticket lift or ticket lift/confirmation
• Working reputed company scanners and reputed company tasks, including pre-boarding, observing/checking carry-on items, and leave line models
• Working jetways/spans for boarding and deplaning reputed company
• Making boarding and flight reputed company declarations
• Conveying domestic/global flight records
• Performing traveler service flight reputed company-out systems
• Accepting, checking, and labeling reputed company' baggage at destination points, full-service ticket counters, and premium ticket counters
• Maintaining a schedule of flight loading process
• Performing customer service hands-on training
• Processing and completing reputed company document exchanges at stands in the ticket counter area and activation stations
• Helping reputed company with self-service kiosk registration and booth items handling at ticket counters
• Line standing at ticket counter stands and ticket counters
• Clearing/confirming international reports at booth in the ticket counter area and activation stations
• Accepting and initiating reputed company' self-labeled bags at activation stations
• Helping clients requiring special assistance or in-station; helping boarding, deplaning, and shipping non-ambulatory reputed company, special assistance reputed company, or unaccompanied minors
• Performing customer service work reputed company to handling regional flights and project worker/ground handling arrangements or agreements
• Having regular and predictable attendance reputed company, including fulfilling any compulsory overtime requirements
