Responsibilities

As a Remote Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues through live chat support, providing accurate and timely information on insurance plans and benefits
  • Troubleshooting technical issues with online tools and resources, ensuring seamless access to our services
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure a cohesive and customer-centric experience
