Job Summary

As a Data Entry Technician at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our customs declarations. You'll work closely with reputed company to transpose customs declaration information from documents into our operating system, verify compliance with regulations, and provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

* Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Understand and identify customs documentation, including customs declarations and other relevant documents
• Transpose customs declaration information from documents into the customs entry system to allow for the build of a valid customs declaration
• Verify documents received for Import customs purposes are compliant and correct, ensuring adherence to regulations and industry standards
• Provide excellent customer service, building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure compliance at reputed company times to regulations, maintaining a high level of reputed company and professionalism
• Daily execution of workflow and department metrics, contributing to the success of our Customs Brokerage team

Qualifications

* Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., logistics, supply chain management, business administration)
