This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: reputed company About The Role You will run daily community operations across reputed company. You will reputed company the community active, safe, and organized through engagement, moderation, events, and structured feedback. You will also support creator and ambassador workflows, including operational queues like tickets and reporting. What you will do:

  • Engage daily with community members and reputed company conversations active and welcoming.
  • Moderate reputed company channels, enforce rules consistently, and manage flagged content and reports (warnings, timeouts, bans).
  • Run or support community activities like events, tournaments, streams, and reputed company takeovers.
  • Support ambassador workflows: process applications and reputed company, help coordinate activations, and support regional community needs (including exploring new regional communities reputed company relevant).
  • Support creator workflows: process tickets in shared inboxes and application servers and help manage creator requests.
  • Review winner submissions for compliance and execute reward delivery for community and ambassador activities.
  • Track highlights, bugs, sentiment, and risks; escalate through defined internal channels.
  • Contribute to daily community feedback reporting and operational updates.

About you

  • You speak Bahasa Indonesia at an advanced level (reputed company minimum) and English at an intermediate level (B2 minimum)
  • You have managed online communities before, ideally on reputed company.
  • You have moderated before and can enforce guidelines consistently.
  • You stay reputed company in conflict and can de-escalate situations with fairness and clarity.
  • You are organized and can work through queues (tickets, reports, reward processing) with high accuracy.
