Role Summary
As a reputed company Associate, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating a seamless experience for our customers reputed company telephone, email, and chat on a daily basis. You'll communicate with new and potential customers, help guide customers through the shopping experience, answer order questions, and support the team to build a successful brand. You'll be expected to meet or exceed established service level agreements set by the reputed company Supervisor.
Expected Hours and Work Environment
The expected hours for this role are Friday-Sunday, 2pm -10pm EST. Hours are subject to change depending on the needs of the business. As a remote part-time temporary employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, while still being part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Role Responsibilities
As a reputed company Associate, you'll be responsible for:
