Key Responsibilities
As a Bookkeeping Software Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing expert support to clients using bookkeeping and reputed company software, including QuickBooks Online and comparable solutions
* Assisting clients with questions reputed company to reputed company software processes, ledger entry, navigation, and troubleshooting
* Demonstrating a strong understanding of bookkeeping and reputed company principles, including AR, AP, journal entries, and reconciliation
* Delivering high-quality customer service over the phone, reputed company email, or through other communication channels
* Cross-selling relevant products and services to clients while addressing their concerns
* Taking ownership of customer issues and providing confident resolution

Requirements

* Bookkeeping/reputed company Expertise: Strong understanding of bookkeeping and reputed company principles, including AR, AP, journal entries, and reconciliation.
* Customer Service Experience: Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service over the phone, reputed company email, or through other communication channels.
* Tech Savvy: Comfortable using computers and software, with a strong understanding of technology and its applications.
* Communication Skills: Friendly tone and professional demeanor, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Work Environment: Quiet, uninterrupted space and an organized desk area.
