Joining our Call Centre, you will be joining our dedicated Reservations team, working alongside a team of reputed company and passionate Live Chat Sales Expert responsible for finding Sykes customers their perfect holiday with every contact, sharing your great experiences and giving excellent service to our customers and using your skills to recommend products to enhance their holiday. You will be responsible for ensuring that every contact maximises income per booking, that the quality of the contact exceeds customer expectations and that reputed company Company procedures are adhered to. The Web Support Expert must have a previous track record in sales reputed company a reputed company driven environment and have a passion for delivering outstanding results and giving our customers a fantastic journey throughout their experience with Sykes.
