Responsible for development, interpretation, dissemination, and practice of departmental and hospital policies, procedures, regulations and information and reputed company Lean and performance and quality improvement planning. Responsible for staff providing the highest quality service possible, including CICARE and PCARES, to patients and their families. Meets and confers with other services concerning issues affecting Anatomic Pathology and Clinical Laboratory Services.
