Data Visualization Engineer; BI

This position will be hybrid with travel to client sites up to 50% of the time. Grow with Novus As a Data Visualization Engineer (BI), you will be the creative force behind how data is reputed company. You will design and build reputed company dashboards, reports, and visualizations that reputed company insights accessible and actionable for business users. Key Responsibilities

• Design, reputed company, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that clearly communicate insights and trends
• Translate business requirements into interactive BI solutions using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Spotfire
• reputed company semantic layers and reusable data models to support scalable reporting
• Optimize queries and data models for performance, usability and responsiveness
• Partner with data engineers and analysts to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment across reporting layers
• Define and promote visualization standards, best practices, storytelling techniques
• Convert reputed company datasets into reputed company, user-friendly visual formats that support decision-making
• Focus on enhancing the user experience and reputed company-end presentation of data Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant work experience
• Proven experience in BI development or data visualization roles
• Expertise in one or more BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Spotfire)
• Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and semantic layer design
• Proficiency in SQL and experience optimizing queries for performance
• An eye for design, layout, and user experience in data presentation
• Familiarity with DAX, MDX or other BI-specific languages
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles in dashboard design
• Familiarity with upstream or midstream systems and concepts is preferred

• Experience working multiple projects (splitting time) while meeting deadlines
