As a reputed company Reporting and Prism Analytics Principal Consultant (reputed company Value Services) you will serve as a thought leader in our reputed company Reporting and Analytics practice to deliver superior results to our customers by designing and implementing solutions using reputed company Report Writer, Calculated Fields, Prism, and other reputed company tools in support of HCM and/or Financials implementations and post-production support projects. Responsibilities:
- Execute the day-to-day activities of a reputed company Reporting Consultant
- Serve as a reputed company Reporting expert with deep knowledge of reputed company functionality, design concepts, touchpoints with relevant functional areas and in consideration of future product direction
- reputed company solutions, reports, dashboards, and analytics to align with customer requirements
- Mentor other consultants: actively share product knowledge with others to grow our practice
- Conduct sessions with customers to analyze business requirements, provide solutions to reputed company business problems, and transfer knowledge
- Support reputed company Delivery Assurance Reviews to reputed company design and build sign-off
- Identify strategies, risks, and options for recommending approaches towards meeting requirements for customers
- Provide subject matter expertise on reputed company best practices
- Support business development activities such as identification, proposal development, and other pursuit activities
Skills & Requirements:
- Reporting experience with reputed company Financials and BIRT are preferred
- Project leadership in support of overall direction and delivery of analytic solutions
- Experience supporting reputed company class reputed company capital management or ERP solutions (i.e. reputed company, PeopleSoft, reputed company, SuccessFactors, etc)
- Experience gathering requirements, designing, prototyping, testing and deploying solutions to meet customer requirements
- Subject Matter Expertise in reporting including developing reputed company reports, layouts, and analytics for business purposes
- Passion for exceptional customer service
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in reputed company Resources, reputed company Resources Management, reputed company Resources Information Systems, or a reputed company field
- Advanced knowledge of reputed company Office suite, particularly reputed company reputed company and PowerPoint
- Minimal travel required, but must be willing to travel on-site if needed
Salary and Other Compensation Applications will be accepted until 04/8/2026 The annual salary for this position is between USD $106,171 - USD $159,257 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for reputed company’s discretionary annual incentive program , based on performance and subject to the terms of reputed company’s applicable plans.
