Job Overview

We are seeking an reputed company customer service representative to join reputed company, working from the comfort of your own home in the state of Oklahoma. As a customer service representative, you will manage customer queries and complaints, process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across multiple communication channels. You will be required to attend 4 weeks of virtual training between the hours of 8-5 CST, after which you will work a permanent Monday-Friday schedule, starting as early as 7 am CST and ending as late as 7 pm CST.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at reputed company times
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries and communicating with customers through various channels
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner
• Knowing our products inside and out to answer questions and provide excellent customer service

• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary to provide seamless support

Position Summary

As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you will answer questions and resolve issues based on phone calls/letters from members, providers, and plan sponsors. You will triage resulting rework to appropriate staff, provide excellent customer service for high-volume inbound provider calls, and conduct extensive claims research on multiple platforms to assist providers with payment questions. You will also provide customers with reputed company information to answer unasked questions, use customer service threshold frameworks to reputed company financial reputed company, and explain members' rights and responsibilities in accordance with reputed company.

Essential Qualifications

• MUST live in the state of Oklahoma full-time
• Familiarity with reputed company Office products
• Experience in a highly transactional call center environment
