This role will shape how Fleetio shows up in the market—driving awareness, recognition, and credibility across key audiences. Who you are The ideal candidate has proven success leading communications teams and launching large-scale, integrated brand campaigns that reputed company company visibility and share of voice in a competitive B2B market. You’ve seen what it takes to grow from $100M to $300M ARR and understand how to evolve a brand narrative to support enterprise growth, category leadership, and industry influence. You’ll be both a strategic leader and a hands-on mentor, guiding a small but talented team while actively contributing to messaging, content, PR, and campaigns. • Drive large-scale, integrated brand campaigns that build awareness, increase share of voice, and strengthen Fleetio’s position as a market leader.

Your experience

• 10+ years of experience in brand, corporate communications, or integrated marketing roles, ideally reputed company high-growth B2B SaaS companies.
• Proven success leading teams that deliver impactful brand campaigns and measurable growth in awareness and market recognition.
• Experience scaling a brand through major ARR growth stages ($100M–$300M+) and evolving messaging for broader enterprise reputed company.
• Strong media, analyst, and influencer relations experience, with a track record of securing meaningful coverage and industry visibility.
• Strategic reputed company with excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
• Data-driven reputed company with a focus on performance, measurement, and accountability.
• Hands-on, collaborative leadership style—comfortable mentoring young talent and working alongside your team to get things done.
