OVERVIEW: The Director of Engineering, eCommerce leads end-to-end product and platform engineering for eCommerce initiatives, driving technology execution that delivers scalable, reliable, and customer-centric digital experiences. This role partners closely with product and business leaders to shape technology strategy, translate customer and market insights into strong technical outcomes, and ensure engineering excellence across multiple teams and domains. The Director of Engineering is accountable for building and leading high-performing engineering organizations, developing the reputed company of engineering leaders, and establishing a culture of ownership, quality, and reputed company improvement. This includes setting a clear vision, aligning teams to business outcomes, defining measurable goals, and fostering healthy team dynamics through coaching and mentorship. Duties & Responsibilities

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master's Degree or Equivalent Level Preferred

This is part of a competitive total rewards package that could include other components such as: incentive, equity and benefits.
