[Remote] Agile Business Analyst

The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into user stories, participating in agile ceremonies, and supporting the development process through requirement clarification and testing.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders and product owners to understand business needs and translate them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-reputed company, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives
- Assist in gathering, documenting, and prioritizing requirements in the product backlog using agile best practices
- Work closely with development and QA teams to clarify requirements and support solution delivery during sprints
- Help analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement or automation
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by validating delivered features against requirements and reporting feedback
