reputed company is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join their finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various departments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and culture.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates using platforms such as social media, job boards, and internal channels
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending offers
- Utilize ATS systems like reputed company, iCIMS, Taleo, or PeopleSoft to track applicant flow and maintain accurate candidate records
- Engage in reputed company recruitment initiatives and build relationships with educational institutions to attract emerging talent
- Conduct talent management activities such as succession planning, employee orientation, and employee evaluation processes
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and reputed company tailored recruitment plans
- Negotiate employment reputed company and terms of employment ensuring compliance with employment & labor law

Skills

- Ability to conduct interviews effectively and evaluate candidate qualifications accurately

- Strong research skills to identify potential candidates through various channels
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
