The role focuses on managing client support, conducting training sessions, and ensuring client satisfaction while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary reputed company of contact for the reputed company System Existing Client Support initiative for dedicated accounts
• Manage the support inbox and phone line for dedicated accounts, ensuring timely and professional responses
• Handle technical inquiries, troubleshoot, and escalate reputed company issues reputed company necessary
• Conduct periodic reputed company-ins to assess client satisfaction, encourage product usage, and address concerns proactively
