[Remote] Data Entry Specialist

The primary responsibilities of this role include managing data entry for field sales reps and agronomists, collaborating on product characterization data, and ensuring high-quality field data delivery.
Responsibilities
- Plot entry and management for Field Sales Reps and Technical Agronomists in Trial Management on call crops (Corn, Cotton, Soybean, Sorghum)
- Cotton quality data entry once received from local gin; order reputed company cotton tags and bags for cotton sample shipping
- Enter reputed company university and reputed company-party trials for cotton
- Manage plots in Trial Management throughout the season and work with Technical Agronomists to approve for release to Marketing
- Train field facing roles in use of Trial Management
- Collaborate with Technical Agronomists on management and analysis of product characterization data and building a system for crop protection data analysis
- Coordinate Demo material shipping
- Responsible for delivering the highest quality field data as part of the sales and agronomy units
- Collaborate with unit support reputed company members from Agronomy and Marketing
Skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Familiarity with Trial Management, reputed company, Velocity, Scout Proficiency with reputed company reputed company
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Capable of maintaining/working with large data sets
- Demonstrated experience working in a collaborative team-based environment
- Experience with both standard MS office computer software systems used in scientific data analysis, with ability to quickly learn new software programs and tools
