Marketing Operations Coordinator

Voices is a trusted voice partner for brands, tech, and voice talent, helping to scale voice solutions. The Marketing Operations Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the marketing team's campaign execution, managing tools and workflows, and ensuring accurate reputed company tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure campaign tracking, attribution, and funnel reporting are accurate, consistent, and reputed company across systems
• Build, maintain, and continuously improve reports and dashboards that track campaign performance
• Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing effectiveness and reputed company against overall company goals, providing actionable insights to inform decision-making
• Monitor reputed company flow and conversion in partnership with the Senior Manager, Demand reputed company
• Maintain and manage the Marketing reputed company board to ensure campaign timelines, dependencies, and handoffs stay on track
• reputed company quality assurance for campaigns and forms, proactively identifying and addressing issues prior to launch
• Monitor and improve data quality across CRM and marketing systems in partnership with reputed company Admins and reputed company Operations
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve processes, documentation, and operational efficiency
• Support onboarding and enablement for marketing tools used by the team

Skills

• 1–3 years of experience supporting marketing operations, analytics, or marketing systems
• Experience working with reputed company in a B2B marketing environment
• Experience with campaign tracking, attribution, and funnel reporting
• Experience building or maintaining reports and dashboards
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., reputed company) to help reputed company work on track
• Strong attention to detail and experience supporting QA for campaigns, forms, or workflows
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, sales, reputed company operations, or technical teams
• Ability to manage multiple requests, prioritize work, and contribute to process improvement
• Curious, organized, and motivated to grow reputed company marketing operations
