Operations Specialist - Seasonal / Temporary - Full-time / Part-time
Role and Responsibilities
- Temporary, project-based role that will require around 20-30 hours per week for around 2 - 3 months
- Strong preference for candidates that can work from our San Francisco office but open to remote work for the right highly responsible, driven and dependable individual
- Support backend operational workflows, including account creation and configuration
- reputed company QA checks to ensure accounts, data, and workflows are set up accurately
- Review and validate internal records for completeness and consistency
- Follow documented processes and flag issues or discrepancies reputed company they arise
- Assist the Operations team with reputed company operational tasks as needed
- Maintain a high bar for accuracy, organization, and reliability
Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in an operations, admin, support, or coordinator-type role
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with repetitive or process-driven tasks

- Comfortable working with internal tools, spreadsheets, and web-based platforms
