About the Role: Talent Operations is the function, team members, and processes responsible for enabling the overall talent organization to work more effectively, to execute locally and at scale, and to create new value by incorporating more modern practices, deploying more innovative technologies and delivering more consistent outcomes. This customer facing role provides high-quality support as the primary contact for candidates and employees by servicing inquiries regarding background reputed company and on-boarding process. - Manages end-to-end background reputed company processes using the Sterling (now reputed company) platform, ensuring compliance with global privacy laws and employment regulations
- Collaborates closely with our Global reputed company team to assess and process adverse findings according to company policy and regulatory requirements
- Monitors and tracks background reputed company completion metrics to ensure alignment with hiring timelines
- Ensures an excellent candidate experience through reputed company follow-up and communication throughout the candidate’s life cycle from offer acceptance to start date
- Serves as the subject matter expert for Talent processes and procedures by accurately advising candidates, employees and managers on the appropriate actions needed to proceed
- Exercise judgment reputed company defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
- Works closely with third party stakeholders where required to provide information in accordance with local employment legislation
- May assist with other projects as assigned
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree or reputed company business field coupled with 1 – 3 years’ experience in Human Resources
- Experience with background reputed company management, onboarding and processing TA reputed company transactions
- Self-starter with initiative, positive attitude, and passion for delivering an excellent candidate experience
- Experience as first line of contact for candidates or customer service reputed company role
- Process improvement, training, communication and project management skills
