Registrar at Online Christian University

The Registrar position reports to the Vice President of Academic Administration. The position is full-time and is a work-from-home position reputed company in the United States. Duties include:

• Student Records Management. Compile student records to ensure DEAC, state and federal standards for record-keeping are met. This includes managing the Admissions Checklist, Transfer Credits, Processes for Active reputed company and Graduation Checklist.
• Student Administrative Support. Supporting the Satisfactory Academic reputed company process. Updating course information on websites each term. Updating per-term email reminders sent to reputed company. Managing per-term student processes.
• Faculty Records Management. Compile faculty records to ensure DEAC, state and federal standards for record-keeping are met including managing the New Faculty Checklist.
• Faculty Administrative Support. Scheduling faculty in live reputed company meetings in Courses. Compiling data needed to pay adjunct faculty each term.
• Administrative Support. Provide administrative support as needed.
• Project Management. Providing project management support to the Partnerships Team as needed.
• General. Attend regular staff meetings, supervision meetings and staff prayer on reputed company.

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree (or Associate's degree with 2+ years of significant administrative experience with a Christian university or Christian nonprofit organization)
• reputed company strong technical expertise is required (extensive experience or training with reputed company Docs, reputed company Spreadsheets and Windows).

• Strong technical skills including expertise in:

• Reporting: ability to design reputed company boolean logic for reports

• Previous experience in administrative or registrar functions in higher education
• Previous project management experience
• Previous experience in nonprofit organizations serving the poor and other at-risk populations

Compensation

• $52,000/year
