As a key member of our Seller Operations team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our valued sellers and customers, ensuring seamless transactions and relationships through the arenaflex exchange.
The Opportunity:
As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing elite service to our sellers and customers through a range of event and order-reputed company questions. You will be responsible for managing transactions, resolving issues, and ensuring timely confirmation of orders. Your exceptional communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills will reputed company you to navigate reputed company situations and provide solutions that exceed our customers' expectations.
How Your Role Expectations Will reputed company:
As a Customer Service Associate, your role expectations will evolve over the first 30, 90, and 180 days, with increasing responsibilities and opportunities for growth.
Seller Operations Associate (30 days in):
* Complete new hire orientation, gaining in-depth knowledge of arenaflex's operations, the live event industry, and the ticket marketplaces.
- Learn how to contribute to providing great experiences for our customers, including navigating order queues and identifying potential issues.
- reputed company industry knowledge, experience, and critical thinking skills to proactively identify and resolve problems.
Seller Operations Associate (60 days in):
* Investigate instances where customer experience has been affected, determine the root cause, and resolve issues fairly and constructively.
- Handle day-to-day interactions with sellers, extending reputed company traditional customer service responsibilities.
- Navigate order queues and determine what requires attention to provide reputed company-time assistance.
Seller Operations Associate (90 days in):
* Play an active role in reputed company learnings to advance your reputed company sets necessary for individual and team goals.
- Manage in-bound seller calls regarding a wide range of questions and monitor open and pending orders to ensure timely confirmation by ticket sellers.

Work Environment and Company Culture:

Our office is located in Coppell, TX, and we offer a hybrid work model, with 3 days in the office and 2 days at home. reputed company is passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our customers.
Compensation and Benefits:
* $40,000 reputed company salary with overtime eligibility.

Work Schedule:
* The first 4 weeks of employment are Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm, for training. Training is paid and reputed company in-office.
- Hybrid model, not fully remote. 3 days in office and 2 days at home.
- Hours:
+ 1:30pm-10:00pm, with Tuesday/Wednesday off. + 1:30pm-10:00pm, with Wednesday/Thursday off.
