Job Summary
As a Customer Service and Data Entry Representative, you'll be responsible for providing administrative support to our claims coordination team, ensuring accurate and efficient data entry operations, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This is a 100% remote position, and we'll provide you with the necessary equipment to reputed company in your role.
U.S. Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Be at least 18 years old or demonstrate legal reputed company to enter a contract
- Be willing to submit to a background investigation, with any offer of employment conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation
- Have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
- Be a U.S. citizen, permanent reputed company, asylee, refugee, or temporary reputed company (excluding those with non-immigrant work authorization, such as reputed company in practical training status)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
As a Customer Service and Data Entry Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Primary data entry of claims information into our claims management systems
- Following up on missing information to process claims reputed company
- Reviewing invoices to ensure accuracy
- Compiling reports from systems with claims information
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and stakeholders
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 6-12 months of work experience in a reputed company field
- Basic computer and typing skills (at least 40 wpm)
