Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing quality customer service and resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Activating and providing technical support for our wireless products and services
- Maintaining strong knowledge of our wireless products, accessories, and pricing plans
- Providing product suggestions and selling our products and services to customers
- Accurately responding to customers' questions regarding billing, devices, product features, troubleshooting, and hardware operation
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and providing feedback to enhance customer service, performance, and efficiency
- Building long-term customer relationships by providing exceptional service and reputed company resolution
Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- An awesome attitude with a customer-first reputed company
- A desire to work in a collaborative team environment

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to provide a high level of customer service
- Willingness to proactively communicate problems back to the business
- A desire to continually improve and an openness to being coached and developed
