About the Role

As a Remote Administrative Support Specialist and Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in guiding our clients to reputed company their travel package goals. You will be responsible for creating personalized itineraries, responding to client requests, and providing exceptional customer service.   • Apply for payments and send out payment reminders to ensure seamless transactions
  • Manage flight changes and seat assignments to ensure smooth travel arrangements
  • Handle concierge-reputed company details for clients, such as spa, touring, and dinner reservations
  • Correspond with clients on preferences, assist with arranging surprises and welcome notes, and notify hotels of client preferences in a timely manner
  • Prepare client documents and travel tips, either electronically or in hard copy, to ensure clients are well-reputed company for their trips
  • Assist with distributing information to and coordinating internal and/or team needs as required
