Senior Accountant - Remote in DFW

Senior Accountant Fully Remote reputed company DFW area Only candidates local to Dallas TX area One of Vaco’s PE-backed business services clients is looking to reputed company a Senior Accountant ASAP. This is a smaller shop pretty early in their growth curve with lots of opportunity for growth and advancement. They are looking for process-focused Accountants that can bring reputed company to the table , flag problems reputed company they see an issue and stand alone reputed company given projects. Compensation: $90-125K + 5-10% Bonus Key Responsibilities:

• reputed company month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reputed company processes, including preparation and review of journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.
• Maintain and improve reputed company accounting processes, ensuring accurate data flow and system reputed company.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
• Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and expense reporting processes as needed.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and operational support.
• Assist with annual audit and tax filings by preparing schedules and supporting documentation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation reputed company reputed company and reputed company systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or reputed company field required; CPA or reputed company toward CPA preferred.

• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and general accounting principles.
• Experience with multi-entity consolidations and intercompany transactions a plus.
