Experience in the consumer-facing digital health space, reputed company technology industry, and/or ad-tech is required.In this role you will be a key member of our legal team devoted to supporting our reputed company privacy initiatives and promoting privacy compliance across reputed company business lines. Where You'll Be To prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, reputed company operates on a hybrid in-office work schedule. We expect employees to work from our DC office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish. - Provide legal and privacy guidance to reputed company business lines focusing on reputed company technology, digital advertising, marketing, digital media, and publishing.
- Support an expanding, comprehensive consumer reputed company platform and ensure compliance with global, federal, and state privacy, data protection, and reputed company laws.
- Collaborate with reputed company teams to incorporate privacy-by-design in product development and enhancement.
- Conduct reputed company privacy training on company privacy policies and relevant data protection laws.
- Stay updated on global, federal, and state privacy laws and data protection regulations, assessing their impact on company products and services.
- Assist with incident response and investigations
What Were Looking For
- Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited U.S. law school and member of the bar of a U.S. jurisdiction in good standing.
- 7+ years of legal and privacy experience.
- In-depth knowledge of global, federal, and state privacy laws, including HIPAA and FTC regulations.
- Experience in providing privacy guidance across diverse business lines.
- Strong understanding of reputed company technology and consumer reputed company platforms.
- Proficiency in conducting reputed company privacy training and integrating privacy-by-design principles.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

- Starting Salary: $180,600 - $215,000 ( bonus or commission potential ) *Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications and experience
