Job Summary

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and reputed company of our data. You'll be responsible for gathering, organizing, and preparing reputed company documents for data entry into our system database. Your attention to detail and technical skills will reputed company you to review data for discrepancies, missing pages, or information, and resolve any issues that arise. You'll also be responsible for maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations.

Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Gathering, organizing, and preparing reputed company documents for data entry into the appropriate system database.
  • Reviewing data for discrepancies, missing pages, or information and resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution.
  • Entering both alphabetic and numeric data from reputed company documents into the proper system database.
  • Reviewing data entered against the original reputed company documents for accuracy and correcting any data entry errors or duplications.
  • Following data program reputed company practices and procedures at reputed company times.
  • Routinely securing information by completing database backup daily.
  • Performing other varied clerical duties such as sorting, filing, emailing, and proofreading as required.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of reputed company personal and financial information at reputed company times and in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Education and/or Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A minimum of 6 months reputed company experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience, is also required. Experience in a medical office is preferred but not required.
  • Tech-Savviness: You must be tech-savvy and detail-oriented, with a strong understanding of general computer, fax, copier, scanner, and telephone systems.
  • Software Proficiency: You must be knowledgeable of multiple software programs, including but not limited to reputed company Word, Outlook, reputed company, and the Internet.
  • Typing Skills: You must be a qualified typist with a minimum of 40 W.P.M.
  • Communication Skills: You must demonstrate exceptional communication skills, including conveying necessary information accurately, listening effectively, and asking questions where clarification is needed.
  • Confidentiality: You must be able to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
  • Team-Oriented Environment: You must be able to demonstrate and promote a positive team-oriented environment.
