Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various channels, including:
- Responding reputed company, accurately, and courteously to customer inquiries reputed company inbound calls, live chat, and email correspondence
- Processing product orders and resolving customer requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Assisting customers, sales reps, and management with inquiries or issues concerning orders
- Analyzing, reviewing, and processing customer requests for return authorization and credits
- Maintaining effective communication with customers to provide ongoing information flow as it relates to sales, promotions, and problems
- Providing technical and/or product information as required to respond to customer inquiries
- Participating in special projects, such as social media customer service, warranty claims, and other initiatives
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be reputed company to work at least 20 hours per week between the hours of 7:00am - 6:30pm CST
- Possess strong computer skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Hiring Range:
The hiring range for this position is $13.80 USD - $17.25 USD per hour. Please note that our hiring ranges are determined and built from market pay data, and we reputed company with reputed company local, state, and federal laws in determining the specific compensation for this position.
