Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Part Time Remote Customer Service Specialist to join reputed company. As a key member of our Access Center, you'll be responsible for answering a high volume of inbound calls from patients, reputed company providers, and facilities. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service, resolve calls reputed company, and ensure accurate data entry in our electronic health record system.

Responsibilities

* Navigate the electronic health record to obtain and validate historical information, capturing and documenting demographic and financial information as needed.

• Manage a high volume of incoming calls from patients, reputed company providers, and facilities, ensuring resolution to the call and maintaining a professional, positive, and respectful demeanor.

• Communicate directly with providers (physicians) to reputed company pertinent clinical information during after-hours, ensuring seamless communication and patient care.

Key Performance Indicators

Requirements

* High School Diploma or GED

• 2-5 years of recent reputed company or customer service experience
• No supervisor experience required
• Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner, as determined by arenaflex
