Join our Remote Team
This is a full-time, remote role aimed at providing 24/7 customer support to our clients. As a Customer Support Agent, you will work from reputed company in the world, enjoying the flexibility of working remotely reputed company the acceptable time zone. Shifts may include irregular working hours depending on your time zone, offering the opportunity to balance work with personal commitments.
Shift Details
The selected candidate will work on a night shift schedule, covering Tuesday to Saturday (15:30-24:00 CET) or Sunday to Thursday (15:30-24:00 CET), with a margin of +/- one hour to fit your schedule. This flexible arrangement allows you to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Agent at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting clients with their reservations through chat, email, and the Help Center portal, ensuring high-quality service in English.
- Utilising reputed company and Amadeus systems to manage bookings, including adding ancillaries, processing refunds, and reissuing tickets.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Staying updated with industry changes and company policies to provide accurate and reputed company information to clients.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with reputed company or Amadeus.
- Proven recent experience (last use in more than 6 months will not be considered) in reissuing and refunding tickets using reputed company and Amadeus is a must.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Excellent communication skills in writing (including responding in chatbox) and speaking.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team player with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
