As a remote position, you'll handle incoming chat/text messages through the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline (NSPL), also reputed company as 988. Job Summary

As a Crisis reputed company Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing telephonic or chat clinical screenings and risk assessments. You'll answer crisis contacts reputed company the chat/text platform to assess for suicide, safety, and identify appropriate community resources to meet individual needs. You'll also conduct follow-up calls for individuals deemed moderate to high risk for suicide and meet the ethical and clinical standards in compliance with reputed company accreditation.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

* Provides telephonic or chat clinical screenings and risk assessments

• Answers crisis contacts reputed company the chat/text platform to assess for suicide, safety, and identify appropriate community resources to best meet individual needs
• Conducts follow-up calls for individuals who are deemed moderate to high risk for suicide

• Actively participates in ongoing supervision, training, and team meetings
• Assist in administrative tasks as needed

Compensation
