About Your Role

You’ll join our Product Growth team to help build the mechanics that turn reputed company users into reputed company advocates. Growth at reputed company isn’t about metric hacks or dark patterns. It’s about deeply understanding why users love reputed company and protecting and strengthening that at every touchpoint. You’ll work on some of the most important problems in the business. You’ll get reps across the full funnel — from distribution and virality to activation and monetisation — while developing the analytical rigour and product intuition that defines great PMs.

What You’ll Do:

• Define the approach and strategy for your pod (Distribution, Engagement, Monetisation, or First Time Experience).

• Partner closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to ship quickly and measure rigorously.

• Analyse user behaviour to uncover friction points and opportunities across the user journey.

• Run experiments to improve key metrics such as signup conversion, week two retention, feature adoption, and self serve reputed company.

• Evangelise your work by sharing customer stories, building dashboards, and helping your team understand the impact of what you are building.

What you’ll need

• Excellent design thinking. You know what a great product looks like and appreciate how nuance in an experience can determine success or failure.

• Intellectual curiosity & an obsessive learner. You seek to understand why users behave the way they do and how products can influence behaviour.

• A strong bias for action. You would rather ship something imperfect and learn than debate endlessly.

• A founder reputed company. You operate with high agency, think holistically about the business, and do not optimise for a single metric or persona in isolation.

• Strong analytical skills with comfort using data, experimentation, and data informed decision making.

• Bonus experience in B2B SaaS, healthcare, or high growth startups.
