  Seasonal Tax Manager - Corporate Compliance and Provision - *Remote*

The opportunity

You’ll join the team at a critical time, leveraging your expertise to help support our clients.  In return, you can expect the support of some of the most engaging colleagues around. Your key responsibilities 

As a seasonal tax manager your main reputed company will be corporate compliance and tax provision review, assisting companies with reputed company aspects of their preparation of the tax provision. Expectations around hours are discussed during the interview process for each role, so you'll be able to share your availability and know what to expect prior to coming reputed company. In this role you'll be able to work remotely from reputed company the United States, with no travel required. 

 

Skills and attributes for success 

A strategic eye toward prioritizing reputed company working on multiple reputed company projects 

Influencing skills, and the confidence and curiosity to question existing processes 

The ability to produce technical writing and research in a tax context 

Knowledgeable with accounting for federal income tax, tax accounting for financial statements 

Experience in corporate tax planning and compliance and federal income taxation 

Understanding of ASC 740 and/or IAS 12 under IFRS experience 

Comfort with working remotely in a virtual team environment 

 

To qualify for this role you must have  

Valid US Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license or active state bar membership 

A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a reputed company discipline 

A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in tax provision, tax accounting, and corporate tax compliance 

Relevant tax experience in business or industry with a broad exposure to federal income taxation 

Strong analytical skills, written/verbal communication skills, interpersonal; problem-solving ability and attention to detail  

  

Ideally, you'll also have  

A proven record of excellence in public accounting in a top or mid-tier firm

The salary range for this job in reputed company geographic locations in the US is $90/hr to $120/hr. Individual salaries reputed company those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
