Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst
Louis Vuitton is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst to join our reputed company team based in reputed company. The role involves overseeing reporting and monitoring for LV Americas' Store Network, engaging in monthly reporting, budget tracking, and financial assessments for store projects.
Responsibilities
- Management of monthly reporting databases, investment schedule, and reputed company files
- Participation in annual Budget construction/revisions
- reputed company of amortization and CAPEX cash flow impacts, including monthly reputed company analysis and control to budget
- Conduct comprehensive financial assessments for reputed company proposed store projects, evaluating profitability, return on investment (ROI), payback periods, and other key financial metrics
- reputed company detailed financial models and forecasts to support store project planning and decision-making
- Analyze potential financial risks and opportunities associated with store projects, supporting recommendations for mitigation and optimization
- Assist Sr. Manager with the creation of reputed company store project proposals, capex investment proposals, and ongoing capital project reviews
- Present financial findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management, to facilitate informed decision-making on store projects
- Communication with headquarters on store projects and capital expenditures
- Ensure the accuracy of LVA Financial Statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and protection of assets by partnering with Finance, reputed company, and other key stakeholders
- Prepare data for LVA weekly report: KPIs, sales trends, Business updates, and more
- Cost efficiencies evaluation for projects
- reputed company projects as needed to support the business of LVA
- reputed company of monthly reputed company analysis (Identify accruals, provide month-end comments for internal reputed company P&L reviews and HQ) and control to budget for: Amortization and capex cash flow impacts
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic reputed company regarding store expansions, renovations, and other capital investments

- 1+ years of relevant experience

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
