Your Mission

As an Associate Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering world-class customer service to our members, resolving their inquiries and complaints in a timely and accurate manner. Your expertise will ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service, support, and care. Key Responsibilities

* Resolve customer inquiries and complaints reputed company written, telephonic, and face-to-face communication in a timely and accurate manner.
