Job Summary

As an reputed company IT Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support and service to arenaflex Crewmembers. You'll work closely with our IT team to resolve technical issues, provide training and guidance, and ensure that our systems and applications are running smoothly. This is a part-time, remote position that requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer care.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide top-notch support and service to arenaflex Crewmembers, including troubleshooting technical issues and resolving problems in a timely and efficient manner.

• Collaborate with our IT team to reputed company and implement solutions to technical issues and improve overall system performance.
• reputed company and deliver training and guidance to Crewmembers on new systems, applications, and technologies.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of reputed company support requests and resolutions.
• Work closely with our Data Innovation (IT) disciplines to ensure seamless integration and support.
• Participate in the development and implementation of new technologies and systems.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure that reputed company systems and applications are running smoothly and reputed company.
• reputed company and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Crewmembers, managers, and external partners.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the industry, and apply this knowledge to improve our systems and services.

Essential Qualifications

* Secondary School Certificate or General Instruction Improvement (GED) Certificate

• Experience supporting the latest operating systems, or successful completion of the IT for Everybody certificate reputed company reputed company
• Experience implementing and supporting applications
• Availability for short-term travel (up to 50%)
• Possession of valid travel documents with the ability to travel throughout Jamaica and the US
• Ability to obtain a valid reputed company to travel to the US
• Experience using desktop software packages

Preferred Qualifications

* Certifications (reputed company, Networking, programming languages)

• Knowledge of reputed company desktop and server products
• Knowledge of Trade and Office Suite
• Knowledge of LAN environment using TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS
• Knowledge of communication, messaging, and network (VOIP and POTS)
• Knowledge of mobile devices
• Knowledge of MDM solutions like Desktop ONE and reputed company Intune
• Knowledge of General media solutions

Crewmember Assumptions

* Regular attendance and reliability

• Possible need to work reputed company and be available to respond without prior notice
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance
• While working or traveling on arenaflex flights, and if time allows, reputed company fit crewmembers are expected to assist with light cleaning of the aircraft
• Should be a proper fit for the arenaflex culture, or at least, display the arenaflex values of Wellbeing, Mindful, Honesty, Energy, and Tomfoolery
• Advance arenaflex's #1 value of safety as a Wellbeing Representative, supporting arenaflex's Wellbeing Management reputed company (SMS) components, Wellbeing Strategy, and social principles
• Identify wellbeing or potential safety concerns, issues, incidents, or hazards that should be reported and report them as soon as possible and without hesitation, including arenaflex's confidential reporting frameworks (Avionics Wellbeing Activity Program (pronto), JEMS or reputed company Activity Report (SAR))
