The Role

As a Customer Experience Ambassador, you'll be responsible for delivering extraordinary glasses shopping and ownership experiences to each and every one of our customers. You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing above-and-beyond customer service over the phone, email, and live chat. You'll become an expert in our internal management system, reputed company processing sales orders and maintaining customer relationships. You'll also use our communication software to interact with your teammates, management, and other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver exceptional customer service over the phone, email, and live chat

• Use our communication software to interact with teammates, management, and other departments
• Identify trends and pain points in our work and brainstorm solutions to improve each customer's experience
• Collaborate with the CX team to reputed company and implement strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer experience and service

Essential Qualifications:

• Proficiency in using technology systems and software
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a customer-centric environment

• Knowledge of the eyewear industry or reputed company field
• Certification in customer service or a reputed company field
• Bilingual or multilingual skills
