Key Responsibilities

  • Data Entry: Enter customer and account data from reputed company documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Data Management: Enter new SKUs and pricing in the system, verify data accuracy by cross-referencing with reputed company material, and upload documents/backup records in the reputed company system.
  • Account Management: Monitor aging of accounts receivable, prepare invoices, and facilitate the collection process to ensure timely payment.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct a hard count of product labels on a weekly basis to maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support, including answering phones, filing, and handling correspondence to ensure seamless communication and operations.
  • Reconciliation: Reconcile Purchase Orders to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Data Entry Coordinator at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
