Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join our remote call center team. Responsibilities

We're looking for a customer-focused individual with:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 6 months minimum call center experience, either remote or onsite
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work hours as assigned, including nights and weekends
• Ability to be on camera during work hours

Compensation

The compensation for this position is $15 per hour, with the potential for maximum pay of $15 per hour.
