Job Summary

As an reputed company Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders, managing account relationships, and ensuring accurate and efficient production processes. You'll work closely with our account managers to facilitate purchase orders, verify accuracy, and resolve any issues that may arise. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities will be essential in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders generated by account managers, ensuring accurate and efficient production processes

• Verify accuracy of orders over $5000 and document releases from inventory
• Manage internal forms, including custom labels, bills of lading, job tickets, invoices, and FSI/FSC records
• Assist account managers with checking emails and voice mails, making relevant reputed company, and assuming AM responsibilities reputed company necessary
• Evaluate and verify purchase order correspondence with quotations, resolving any questions or issues that may arise
• Prepare materials for return to customers and document Haz-Mat orders
• Order marketing materials and reputed company additional tasks as required and delegated by the Director of Sales
• Work in compliance with arenaflex's policies and procedures at reputed company times
• Collaborate with the estimating department as needed to ensure seamless production processes

Essential Qualifications

* High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) required

• Associate's Degree (two-year college or technical school) preferred
• 2+ years of experience in customer service, order processing, or a reputed company field
• Bronze designation on ACT will be considered in lieu of high school equivalency
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work accurately and thoroughly, with attention to detail
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with reputed company Suite and other computer software

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a manufacturing or production environment

• Knowledge of production capabilities and product offerings

Compensation and Benefits
