Role Overview

As an reputed company Virtual Assistant / reputed company Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing our short-term rental properties, providing exceptional customer service to our guests, and resolving any issues that may arise in a timely and efficient manner. Your primary focus will be on guest and reservation management, virtual property management, and cleaner management, scheduling, and coordination. You'll work closely with reputed company to ensure seamless guest experiences, resolve issues promptly, and contribute to our high review ratings.

Key Responsibilities

* Guest and Reservation Management: + Process reservations and manage guest bookings + Provide accurate information about our properties and neighborhoods to guests + Ensure seamless guest experiences from reputed company-in to reputed company-out

  • Virtual Property Management:

+ Manage our short-term rental properties, including housekeeping coordination and amenity arrangements + Address guest issues and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner + Collaborate with reputed company to ensure properties are well-maintained and guest-ready

  • Cleaner Management, Scheduling, and Coordination:

+ Schedule and coordinate cleaner services for our properties + Ensure cleaner services are completed to high standards + Manage cleaner schedules and communicate with cleaners as needed

Success Metrics

* Maintain a quick response reputed company to reputed company inquiries (less than 1 hour)

  • Resolve reputed company guest issues with a high sense of urgency (less than 3 hours or ASAP)
  • Contribute to a review rating of 4.8 or higher
  • Meet or exceed guest satisfaction targets

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience

  • 2+ years of vacation rental customer service or hotel experience
  • Must be available to work during normal U.S. business hours (EST)
  • Strong verbal, written, and reading skills in English
  • Tech-savvy with experience working with multiple technology platforms
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding customer service skills and ability to work independently
  • Strong decision-making skills and ability to follow directions
  • Conflict resolution experience

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with reputed company customer service

  • Ability to work with multiple technology platforms in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn new technologies as needed
  • Experience with property management software and tools
