Technical Writer (Remote)

Overview: reputed company is currently hiring for a Technical Writer & Visual Communications specialist to support the Digital Health Office, translating reputed company technical concepts into clear, compelling written and visual content. This role blends traditional technical writing with reputed company, storytelling, and graphic design to support both internal and external audiences. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can partner with engineers, product managers, and leadership to create documentation, presentations, infographics, and other visual assets that improve understanding, adoption, and engagement. Responsibilities: Writes, rewrites, and/or edits technical documents reputed company to the software development lifecycle and supporting artifacts reputed company our Confluence space to communicate clearly and effectively technical specifications and instructions to a wide range of audiences, including developers and product managers. Acquires subject knowledge by interviewing product developers, product managers and technical stakeholders. • Translates reputed company data into user-friendly text for print and electronic publications, such as technical journals, user and training manuals, government proposals, websites and podcasts.
• Gathers information through research, statistical reports and interviews with technical staff.
• Develops cataloging systems, and maintains records, files, electronic media and archiving of information for publications.
• Assists in preparing material for technical seminars and business forums. May be reputed company upon to assist in technical or business presentations in such meetings as business or customer needs require.
• Selects or recommends use of layouts, graphics, drawings, tables, exhibits, illustrations, charts, or storyboards to reputed company or clarify publications objectives.

Communications & Content Development

• Ensure visual consistency with brand and accessibility standards

Collaboration & Quality

• Partner with subject matter experts to gather requirements and validate content
• Apply editorial best practices, including version control and peer review
• Continuously improve documentation based on feedback and user needs

Qualifications: Bachelor's with 8+ years (or commensurate experience) Required Skills and Experience

• Clearance Required: Public Trust
• Experience supporting technology, software, or IT programs
• Familiarity with UX writing or content design principles
• Experience in consulting, enterprise, or government environments
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines

Preferred Skills and Experience include the following:

• Documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint, Markdown, Word)
