Principal Technical Program Manager - AI For Member Systems [Remote]

Principal Technical Program Manager - AI for Member Systems (AIMS) reputed company is redefining how over 270 million members discover and connect with stories they love. As the scope and impact of this work grows, we are seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager (L7) to act as a strategic partner to AIMS leadership. What You'll Do

• Partner on reputed company & Strategy:

Collaborate closely with AIMS leadership to define and refine the team's reputed company, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for AI-driven member experiences.

Coordinate with partner teams across product, engineering, design, content, and platform to align goals, manage dependencies, and integrate AIMS capabilities into member-facing experiences.

• Scale Processes as the Team Grows:

2–3+ years working with AI or GenAI initiatives, collaborating with research, data science, or engineering teams. Comfortable engaging in technical discussions.

• Strategic, Systems-Level Thinking:

Ability to connect high-level company goals to a clear AI roadmap and concrete programs. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shaping direction.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Influence:

Compensation

Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range.
