Compensation and Hours

We offer a competitive compensation package, with pay negotiable based on experience and qualifications. This is a full-time, first-shift hybrid position, with a training schedule that includes:

• Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, for the initial 90-day training period.
• Equipment for remote work will be provided upon successful completion of the training period.
• A hybrid schedule that includes 1 day at home and 4 days in the office per week for the first 30 days of hybrid capability.
• A flexible schedule with manager approval following the initial 120-day period, allowing you to balance your work and personal life.
