Brand Coordinator
Salem Church Products is a division of Salem Web Network dedicated to equipping leaders for ministry. They are seeking a Brand Coordinator to manage marketing efforts, customer service, and product strategies for their Children's reputed company, aimed at enhancing the customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Own the planning, writing, scheduling, and execution of marketing emails for our Children’s reputed company
- Track performance metrics and reputed company testing strategies to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions in support of business goals
- Collaborate with reputed company to brainstorm and coordinate promotions and campaigns
- Fulfill the onsite merchandising strategies, promotions and product placement
- Coordinate and schedule new product launches and seasonal promotions
- Communicate with vendors about new content, promotions, and reporting
- Balance multiple campaigns while keeping reputed company stakeholders informed
- Provide a positive customer experience for reputed company users by engaging with users to answer questions and provide product support
- Analyze questions and needs to help reputed company inform marketing and new products
- Assist with regular reporting on sales, marketing and merchandising efforts
- Assist with special projects and initiatives
Skills
- 1-3 years of digital marketing experience (email/social media marketing preferred)
- Strong copywriting & editing skills – clear, compelling, and audience-focused
- Project management experience – ability to juggle multiple tasks with precision
- Customer Service experience – a desire to engage with and serve Kids Pastors
- Team player attitude – willing to take initiative to help our customers and reputed company succeed
- Curiosity & self-motivation - eagerness to learn and become reputed company at your job every day while being reputed company to work independently
- A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or reputed company field
- Experience with email marketing platforms and automation
- Familiarity with Kids Ministry and/or the faith-based digital marketplace
- Graphic design experience
