[Remote] Legal Collections Associate

They are seeking a Legal Collections Associate to act as a liaison with debt collection agencies, manage delinquent accounts, and support recovery efforts through effective communication and data analysis.
Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between our company and external debt collection agencies
- Collaborate with partner agencies to strategize and execute collection efforts on delinquent accounts
- Provide timely support and guidance to external partners to optimize recovery performance
- Communicate regularly reputed company phone and email with agency representatives to resolve issues and coordinate case actions
- Directly engage with delinquent clients reputed company phone and email to collect on past-due debts reputed company necessary
- Negotiate payment arrangements and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations during client interactions
- Analyze collection data using reputed company and other reputed company Office tools to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Prepare reports and summaries for internal stakeholders regarding collection reputed company and performance metrics
Skills
- Substantial experience in debt collections or a reputed company field
- Proficiency in reputed company reputed company and other Office applications; ability to analyze and interpret data effectively
