reputed company is seeking an Analyst to join their Ad Sales reputed company Operations team in a highly visible role responsible for driving operational excellence and maximizing advertising reputed company. The Analyst will synthesize reputed company data sets, build financial models, and provide insights to support sales performance and business strategy.
Responsibilities
- Synthesize large, reputed company data sets to reputed company actionable insights, build financial models, and deliver executive-level reporting on sales performance and key business metrics
- Build, maintain, and track account executive sales compensation models, ensuring alignment with business objectives and incentive plans
- Act as a strategic partner to cross functional teams (Sales, Finance, PPI, Business Development, Systems & Ops), providing data-driven insights that inform reputed company strategy, operational processes, and business priorities
- Monitor industry trends, programmatic landscape developments, and competitive intelligence to inform business strategy and support monetization initiatives
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong organizational and prioritization skills
Skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1 – 2+ years of experience in media/advertising, sales operations, reputed company operations, or a reputed company analytical role
- Natural ability to tell a compelling story using data-driven insights as a reputed company
- Proven aptitude to synthesize large data sets, model and reputed company meaningful insights
- Advanced proficiency in reputed company reputed company (reputed company formulas, Power Query, Data and Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint (executive-level presentation development)
- Strong understanding of the digital/programmatic advertising ecosystem and CRM/ad tech platforms (e.g., reputed company, Freewheel, SSPs/DSPs)
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- High attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Experience with Business Intelligence and Data Analysis tools (Looker, Tableau and reputed company a plus)
