[Remote] Associate Account Manager

In this role, you will support the strategic growth of our client accounts by ensuring that customers derive maximum value from our solutions and fostering ongoing relationships to promote reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Assist renewals desk with renewals of the reputed company platform
- reputed company a solid and trusting relationship between clients and company
- reputed company a complete understanding of account needs
- Anticipate account changes and improvements
- Strategically plan to improve client results
- Maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling
- Plan and present reports on account reputed company, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training
- Analyze client data to provide customer relationship management

Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in account management, reputed company, or a reputed company field, preferably in the technology or cybersecurity sector
